At SKEETER AUSTRALIA we pride ourselves in Customer Service and aim to make the selection and ordering process as easy as possible.
Each Skeeter is unique. Made up of colour and accessory options selected by you, the customer. In conjunction with Skeeter's Quality Partners in Australia we provide you with a boating package that is individual.
The ordering process is designed to make this a hassle free and highly visible process:
- Contact us at Skeeter Australia for a product catalogue and quote.
- Discuss options / accessories available from the Australian Quality Partners.
- Organise with us for a Product Demonstration (dependant upon availability and location).
- Select your colour design from the "Build My Skeeter" links within this website.
As each Skeeter is an individual, based upon your colour selection, each boat is custom made in the USA and shipped to Australia for fit out. At SKEETER AUSTRALIA we provide you with full visibility on the Ordering Process, keeping you the customer informed of each step in your Skeeter's production.
Upon arrival in Australia your Skeeter is delivered to SKEETER AUSTRALIA's factory where it proceeds through the fitout process with all your options and accessories. Once the fitout process is completed your Skeeter is ready for delivery, however, we at SKEETER AUSTRALIA understand that these are "High" performance vessels and as such provide "on the water" training to all of our customers. It's that simple.
Our focus is On You. If you're not happy, we're not happy. Our progressive customer treatment policy involves owners with personal experiences that help build strong relationships. Often imitated, but rarely matched, our commitment to customer satisfaction goes far beyond the ordinary.
We offer the original retail purchaser a Structural Warranty that covers any major structural defects in the material or workmanship, for a full ten (10) years. Unlike most companies, the Structural Warranty may also be transferred to the second owner for a full 10 years from the first retail purchase date.
SKEETER also offers a Component Warranty to the first retail purchaser, where certain factory-installed parts are covered for up to two (2) years from the date of purchase. The Component Warranty may not be transferred to a second owner and is subject to limitations.
